Laboratory Data Management, Analysis & Simulation

Digital Rock Characterization

PORE software, developed in partnership with Concremat and with the support of FINEP, creates digital models using rock tomographic images. These models contain a representation of the internal structures of the rock such as pores geometry, distribution and pore throats which are used to calculate rock pore volume, effective porosity, absolute permeability, estimate relative permeability and others rock-fluid properties.

ESSS’s proprietary software, Kraken, provides an agile solution to handle multiple reservoir simulation output types generated by various industry standard simulators. Microbiological Souring Simulation

SourSimRL is the industry standard tool for reservoir souring simulation. The software is a result of many years of R&D involving the major Oil&Gas operators and uses ESSS’s one way coupling technology, that uses existing reservoir simulations as input for microbiological models and H2S generation and transportation.
